Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using 3DLithophaneMaker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

Our service

3DLithophaneMaker is a browser-based tool that converts photographs into printable 3D lithophane files (STL, 3MF). Your images are processed locally in your browser - we do not upload them to our servers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the rights of others (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.).
• Upload or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks.
• Use the service to generate spam, malware, or malicious content.

We may suspend access that violates these rules.

Intellectual property

The service and its original code, branding, and interface content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of images and other content you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use and transform that content.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.

On termination, your right to use the service stops immediately.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed GBP 100 in aggregate.
• This limitation does not apply to: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Third-party services

Our service uses third-party providers, including Vercel for hosting and optional analytics. We are not responsible for third-party policies or practices. Please review their terms separately.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
